Therapy room - I offer treatments from a therapy room in the Upperton area, just a 7 minute walk from Eastbourne train station.
Note: I am no longer offering mobile treatments so all treatments will be at my therapy room.
Price and Payment
One hour session reflexology - £45
The first treatment includes an initial consultation and therefore may take an extra 15/30 minutes. There will be no extra charge for this time.
Typical Session
The first treatment will always include a detailed confidential consultation regarding your health history, lifestyle, your reasons for seeking the treatment and we will discuss how reflexology could help you.
During your treatment you will remain fully clothed, you will only need to remove your shoes and socks. You will be made comfortable on a reclining therapy chair. I will then begin by cleansing your feet and during the treatment I will use a light natural cream or wax.
The treatment will usually last about 45 minutes, it includes massage and a specific pressure technique on your feet and lower legs. The treatment should not be painful but there may be some tender areas as we work through the whole foot. This tenderness is usually a good thing as it means we are working out areas of imbalance, but we can work together to find a pressure that is suitable for you as the treatment should be a relaxing experience.
Privacy Notice
If you send me an enquiry I will only hold and use your contact details to in order to respond. If you book a treatment I will then require explicit consent to hold your details and information. If you do not proceed then I will delete all of your details from my records.
As I need to hold and use client data in order to provide you with the best possible treatment, support and advice, I will require all new clients to sign a Privacy Notice to comply with GDPR (data protection law). The Privacy Notice tells you what personal information I hold and why, and what your rights are. Please contact me if you wish to see my privacy policy prior to your treatment.
